Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Size-related issues – If the size does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size.
Incorrect product delivered – If you receive the wrong item, we will process an exchange at no extra cost.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Charges
A shipping charge of ₹80 applies for size exchanges.
If the wrong or defective product is delivered, no additional charges will apply.
Product Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Not be damaged (unless received in a defective condition).
If the item is incorrect or defective, you must provide photographic proof via email.
